Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During high-volume periods (like collection drops or sales), processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional international duties or taxes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Infinite SE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
